using a trial version, but i'm completetly locked out, and can't use it.  why?

This has bugged me for years!
I've read the help screens, examined all the settings and options
(yes, ALL!) between some documents that do it and others that don't,
and can find no difference.

I send e-mail with attachments, however the person recieving the e-mail can

Hello, I'm using Word 2007. I'm inserting a lot of graphics in my documents
and I'd like most of them to be set "Top and bottom" with a 0.13" distance
from top and bottom. Can I set this so that this will become the default? I
can't see how this is done.

Could you tell me please how to improve the quality of the clipart in a word
2007 document.
If I view the clipart in ACDSEE pro the image/clipart is perfect but when I
add/view clipart in Word, the quality is poor and grainy.

Can someone tell me how to make balloon comments large enough to read? I
have tried allocating a larger margin and larger width for comments; and I
have set the Comment Text font to be larger than the main text. However the

presently have Windows Vista Home Premium with Windows Mail.
