I'm using Word 2003 and I have created several macros.  I've also created
several new menus on the toolbar to make these macros easily assessible.  My
problem is, that when I close Word, it should be asking to save my normal

Yes, this is probably all my fault for still using Word 2000.  But
it's an annoying bug that creeps up every now and then.
I have a document that is mostly two columns, then at the end reverts
to one column (or no columns - just standard across-the-page format).

Downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 for a trial period, all seemed to install
successfully but spell and grmmer do not work

How do I place a non-breaking space between words? That is, a space that
won't separate across lines. If one word wraps to the next line, both do. In
WordPerfect, this is just ctrl-space. How do I do this in Word?

I'm using Word 2002 and have added the Spanish (Mx) keyboard layout.
Every time I start to use a Spanish document, I get a menu that wants
me to install the Spanish Modern Sort feature.  I didn't ask for that
and don't want it.  How do I kill off the menu?  

I received a doc with a photo inserted in it.  I'd like to have save the
photo as a jpg.  Seems like it should be simple but I can't figure it out
and all I find on Microsoft is how to insert or troubleshooting errors when
trying to insert.  Any help would be appreciated.

The first time I opened Word after installation it went through a
"Configuring" session.  That was fine and I didn't think anything of it.
