The book I have demontrates how to create a template from an existing one,
but how do you create one from scratch?

of what quality and type i should prepare resume so as to get admission in

When I try to use a template for labels all I get is a blank sheet...no
templates for for different size labels...even when I download labels, the
page is still blank...what happened

My "normal" style is set for 12 Times Roman font, but when I print the draft
I am working on the print is very small, with three inches of space at the
bottom, and I cannot figure how how to reformat back to a normal page. Page
setup/margins under "file" has one inch margins set ...

I have Word 2003 installed on a number of machines . One of them has
what appear to be tab markers on the page as below. I don't recall
ever setting these and I find it irritating. Can anyone explain what

I bought a computer that has Microsoft Office on it.
Specifically Word 6.0c.  I can make outlines and number
them;  no problem.  But how can I get the outlines to print
indented as they appear in the "outline view" and not flat

Since getting my new computer, I have been unable to set the default
font for my envelopes. Every time I do one, I type in the name and
address, then Options, address font, hit DEFAULT, get confirmation that
everything done on the .dot I am using will be as I wish, then Options,

I am attempting to create a food menu, however, depending on the amount of
text I type the lines never line up. For instance.......
Italian .  .  .  .  .  .  .  7.00
Regular .  .  .  .  .  .  7.00

It has just happend.  Windows XP. Outlook 2003, and Word 2003.

I've just upgraded from Windows 2000 to 2003 and when I am typing away, I
want to go to the end of the current line occasionally. In 2000, I tapped
the 'End' key and hey presto, there I was.
Now, in 2003 I can't find a key combination to do it and it is driving me

Our condo has a handbook, and we want to be able to modify it and distribute
only the modified and/or new pages.  I can't figure out how to put numbers
like 1a or 2a, 2b in the pagination scheme.  Is it possible?
Every now and then, of course, we'd distribute a fresh whole copy ...

I accidently locked everything on word somehow and it won't let me even type
a single letter. Anyone know how to unlock it? Help please.

I have about 2500 docs.
Each is of one page.
I have to make a PDF for each of these docs...one PDF for each doc.
Now at this is what I have to do.

I was wondering if there is a "tabbed" option for opened documents in Word
2007 rather than having them open in a separate window?

Am I hallucinating, or could I used to click on Control Panel|Fonts and
preview exactly what I what I was going to use? It seems that now, a
useless window with lots of useless information and one small sentence
is all I see. Help! Any advice will be gratefully appreciated.
