I have 2003 on my laptop and 2007 on my PC> I have no problem doing envelopes from my laptop with 2003 but!! when i do the exact very same thing from PC with 2007 i get a blank page! why???

Using Office XP on Windows Xp Pro w/sp2 For some reason when I try to insert a date in Word I get something like {DATE MM/DD/YY} or something like that. in a grayed field.

In excel I can add a comment to a cell to show some text for the user to complete the info in the cell.A guidance note. I want to do the same in WORD son the user can hold the mouse over the paragraph heading and some text will show for guidance.

Over the past few documents I have created several new quick styles. Now I create a new document and it just shows the default quick styles. How do I save a quick style for use in all documents (i guess save it to the Normal template or something)????

I you create a table 5 columns and 6 rows, and then use the tables and borders function to erase all the horizontal lines in the first column, and erase (inrow 1) columns 2,3 and 4 .....does MS word act as if the rows and columns were never erased?
