I know you can also change text alignment by using the "Tables and Border" aligning function, but is there anything else?

Anyone know why the Workflows menu item would be disabled in Word 2007? I've got Office ultimate and it works fine on my machine, but others with Office Std and Office Pro + do not show it as a menu item. When I add it from Customize, the button is disabled.

I was using Word 2003 on one computer, and was able to repeat the finding of all footnote marks. Sweet. I was using F4. Then I continued editing the file on another computer, also Word 2003, but F4 repeatedly deleted a character. So I searched the web and found that

Along with the ability that a Word template gives to insert the user's name automatically depending on who is creating a document. I would like to add the user's job title automatically. Is there a way to add a field like this?
