I am editing a document that when the 'show codes' button is pressed, there

Spell checker no longer suggests spelling corrections.  A pop-up says

I need to retain the blank line when a merge field is blank to maintain form
spacing.   Presently, all the other data changes position depending on
whether a particular field is blank or not.
How do I accomplish this?  I am using Word 2007.

Want to make 1.5 the default line spacing in Word 2002.  Must set it every

I've just started using this new version. I've imported a template I used in
Word 2003. I don't seem to be able to change the template so that when it
opens it opens in "normal" view--or at least the equivalent to normal view.
