When I open Word, it is zoomed to 100 and I have to change it to 125 every
time.
Is there way to make the zoom to "125" so that I need not change it every
time ?

I've been using Microsoft apps for 27 years, and MS's attention to
detail, and the consistency with which it adheres to its own (don't
get me wrong--excellent) UI paradigms, is still for complete crap.
