Using Office 2003. Have some old documents that have photos which are high resolution. One of the documents is 20 mb. We need to get these down in size. The pictures are not saved anywhere but in the document. Is there a way to do it using Word or an add on from Microsoft? ...

Documents that are later saved in Adobe Acrobat or saved to another location on your hard drive or to a server loose their links with the current Word to PDF converter. This is a problem for those submitting documents online. Anyone know if this has been addressed? There does not ...

Using Word 2003. I know how to create new autotext entries and save these to a new template, but once I've created a batch how do I organise them into groups like the existing default groups, e.g. Attention Line, Salutation etc?

This is not something I set up and I need to know how to turn it off! BTW: I haven't turned on autotext either, so I'm always surprised by it... I type something with a g/ and Greetings, Bill (Gates?) follows. Is this what they call an Easter Egg?

Using Office 2007. In Word 2003 I used to be able to group objects of different types like a graphic and a picture or a drawing. In Office 2007 I am not given the option of grouping dissimilar objects. Ideas are appreciated.

I used this macro to create a toc based on formatting in word 2003, bu as I upgraded to 2007, the macro is no longer working. I suspect tha the part of the macro that replaces formatting is the wrong-doer, but don't really know.
