Hope that someone can help me and that my question is not already
published on the board (if so, I'm sorry but i wasn't able to find it

In Word 2007 (part of Student/Home Office), what is the way to show
what page the document is on (and section, location), such as Word 2000
showed at the bottom?  Is opening thumbnails the only way?  I'm not
talking about inserting page numbers in a document, but a view option

When I use an abbreviation such as ABC, I insert a footnote to explain what
ABC means. This is footnote 1. If I  use the ABC abbrevation again on the
page, I want it to refer to the same footnote. But on the second usage of

Bold, underlining, centering, etc, work OK, but I am unable to use

I was wonder if it is possible to print ONLY the sections of a
Expandable/Collapsable document and NOT the collapsed sections?
Example:
When open(expand) the sections I need to fill in information, when I print I
grammer check cannot identify "They was sleeping"20 Apr 2008 00:50 GMT4
Grammer check can't detect errors like " they was here", " i were here". It
is not like previous versions where even wrong punctuation marks were also
detected.

Word 2007 gives me a grammar error on this sentence:
  I am meeting with the parents tomorrow afternoon.
None of these variations get errors:
  I am meeting with the parents tomorrow.

I am on microsoft word with vista.I have saved a file onto my usb and tried
to open it again and the bottom half of the file is coming up in a series of
numbers and letters. Corrupt? Can you help
