How can I keep the cursor visible while holding down the space bar in Word?  
I've observed in writing email (or even this message), for example, that the
cursor remains visiible even while moving when I hold down the space bar;

how do I number the pages in 3 appendices.  I have appendix A, B & C.  Each
are several pages.  When I start with Appendix A-1 thru A-11, then start the
next appendix, it continues with A instead of B-1.  How do I  correct this
