Running WORD on VISTA Type on envelopes ALWAYS prints with gray ink. Font set to AUTOMATIC or BLACK. Any ideas? thanks

Word 2003 was better at customizing the parameters for numbering paragraphs (i.e., altering alignment of paragraph, indentation, etc.)

My secretary creates a monthly newsletter in Microsoft Publisher 2007. She cannot figure out a way to include a calendar in the newsletter. What she does is create the newsletter and then creates a calendar, both in Publisher. Then she e-mail each separately to the recipients.

If anyone can tell me how to fix this they will have my enduring gratitude... I'm using Word 2002. I have a large document (a book in the making) with lots of paragraphs, font styles, headings and so on.

When I start typing todays date Autocomplete will show a notification box. For example: when you type "26 jun" Autocomplete will show "26 jun. 2009". Is there a way to change the date format for the Autocomplete function? For example: 26 june 2009 instead of the jun. ?

Is there any way I can rescale a completed document? I have pictures, shapes, and different size lettering in an 8.5 x 11 size, I need to resize it to a 6 x 9 size. and keep the pages layed out as they are. Thanks, & God bless you,

We are using Office 2007 on Windows XP workstations. With previous versions of Office the Normal template, Normal.dot, was saved to C:\Documents and Settings\"username"\Application Date\Microsoft\Templates. It was easy to deploy updates to the Normal template as company policy
