I need to display then copy the header of an email for legal purposes and

For some time now when I am in Outlook 2003 I am bothered by the program
shutting down.  I keep getting the dialog box "Microsoft Office Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close....."
I uninstalled Outlook and then reinstalled it.  That didn't fix the problem.

I am having a problem installing and using BCM.  Whenever I try to add an
Outlook data file for a BCM database I get an error message that: "There was
a problem connecting to the database engine". A second popup then says
"ServiceEntry: User canceled".

CVS file format fine except that SF.com has about 20 files tied together
through an account ID which I can't map in BCM.  Address fields seem to be
particularly  fickled. HELP!

I am trying to link an email in my inbox from a sender who is not in any of

I open up the email, fill in the Link to History boxes (with a valid
