How do I enable the journal feature for my BCM contacts? Presently I am only able to select from the regular contacts from my pst file when I go to the tools> options> journal options dialog box. What must I do to make the contacts from my Business Contact Manager appear

i am a delegate (tools, options, delegates) with editor permission to my boss's entire mailbox, including email inbox. however, the subfolders in her Inbox are not showing up on my computer - and i need them. what am i doing wrong? PLEASE don't tell me i have to go into each

There was a lot of rumbling in the beginning about BCM, how it's great, new, category-killer, etc. It's a great entry for MS. BUt the customization, speed, bugs- there was supposed to be a more hefty patch update to move this product to compete directly with Act!, etc.

I know you can right click your emails and send them to your Contacts folder, but not to BCM, which IMO is a major flaw with BCM. Is there anyway to copy your Contacts into BCM? Thanks in advance for your answers!

Can multiple users, use business contact manager at the same time? Or is it only for indivdual users? We share our contacts via public folders, so obviously we would like to also share the information stored in business contact manager.

I need to sync my business contacts from Outlook Business Contact Manager to my ipaq pocket pc. Microsoft activesync doesn't seem to support this. It only looks for "Contacts". Is there a third party fix out there?

My "Business Note" function is not working. I have re-installed Business Contact Manager and still does not work. The "Phone Log" works fine. Have tried the online help and found a Trouble Shoot Business Notes but does not address my problem.
