How do I enable the journal feature for my BCM contacts?
Presently I am only able to select from the regular contacts from my pst
file when I go to the tools> options> journal options  dialog box.
What must I do to make the contacts from my Business Contact Manager appear

i am a delegate (tools, options, delegates) with editor permission to my
boss's entire mailbox, including email inbox. however, the subfolders in her
Inbox are not showing up on my computer - and i need them.
what am i doing wrong? PLEASE don't tell me i have to go into each

There was a lot of rumbling in the beginning about BCM, how it's great,
new, category-killer, etc. It's a great entry for MS.
BUt the customization, speed, bugs- there was supposed to be a more hefty
patch update to move this product to compete directly with Act!, etc.

I know you can right click your emails and send them to your Contacts folder,
but not to BCM, which IMO is a major flaw with BCM.
Is there anyway to copy your Contacts into BCM?

Can multiple users, use business contact manager at the same time? Or is it
only for indivdual users? We share our contacts via public folders, so
obviously we would like to also share the information stored in business
contact manager.

I need to sync my business contacts from Outlook Business Contact Manager to
my ipaq pocket pc. Microsoft activesync doesn't seem to support this. It only
looks for "Contacts". Is there a third party fix out there?

I just got Outlook contact manager and I need to add some fields to the main
account screen.  Like how many stores.  I would also like to do the same in
business contacts.

In a New Contact Screen, there are several phone number fields with buttons
that provide a drop down list to choose what a particular number is, e.g.
Assistant, Business, Business 2, Business Fax, Callback, Car.....  How can
these names be changed (e.g. "Business 2" changed to ...

Trying for a second time to get help on this topic:
I would like to be able to merge data from the BCM database into a form
based upon a selected contact. This basically works for me, but I need to
insert more fields into my templates than appear in the Insert-Merge-Field

I am looking for a good contact manament software that is compatible with
Office XP (2002). I have heard about Business Contact Manager for Outlook
2003. Is there anyting similar for Outlook XP?

Hello, we have been struggling through using BCM just like you have for the

You can add to Contacts quiclkly wiht a Rt Mouse click on the e-mail. Can you
setup BCM to add to Business Contacts instead of Contacts? I

I have noticed recently that emails that contain several names in the
distribution list often end up in my spam folder. We are about to distribute

Outlook had a nasty crash on my laptop.  After rebooting and making
sure everything is right in the world, with regard to my laptop, I

My "Business Note" function is not working. I have re-installed Business
Contact Manager and still does not work. The "Phone Log" works fine. Have
tried the online help and found a Trouble Shoot Business Notes but does not
address my problem.
