Hi, I have try to install Business Contact Manager several times on my
computer.  Every time I get the same problem.  When I open up Outlook and go

We have small business server installed and want to share contact / followup
information within the company. whats the best way for doing this. I would
like to us ethe share portal that comes with small business server. Any
suggestions?

Need to be able to use one Business Contact Database between multiple users
on different computers (i.e. have database saved to a central location on a
LAN).  Need same information to be available to all members of sales group.

What is the best way to back up Outlook BCM data?  I have a Pop3 server that
delivers mail to the standard Personal folders.  So where is the BCM data
stored (Must be a version of SQL installed with BCM) .

Outlook is a useful tool to manage contact and schedule info for a mobile
professional BUT, business contact manager should be able to sync to a
handheld computer.
As it stands now, BCM does not even synchronize to the default contacts

Following the manual to set up sharing of calendars etc, on Outlook (2003);
it told me to set up an Exchange server. Followed the instructions, opened
Outlook and it announced that it had deleted my Business Contact database -
no warnings, no choices - all my customers gone! Thanks ...

this question:  If using BCM and syncing to a Palm, will the Palm have two

Sql server shows running in the task manager as a process, and I want to
disable it by default. When I break it manually it affects the business
contact manager, so it tells me this is where sql is coming from. It is
mainly to free up memory.
