I run to business one is a CPA firm and another is Cosmetic Distribution
Company. Can you have 2 different business under 2 different business contact
managers?

Can BCM be shared with another outlook user on the network?  I would like to
have a central Business Contact database for all to use.

Hi there, we have recently install Busienss Contact Manager. Can we put the
database centrally such as on a server, so more than one person can access it?

I would be most grateful if someone who knows/uses BCM could give me a simple
overview of how it works and explain the relationship between Accounts,
Contacts, and Business Contacts.

I've tried using an exported .csv file from Outlook, but BCM imports this
data with many errors????

I have tried several different ways to link an email to an account that I
created, but BCM does not save the changes, and emails do not show up in
history. I know how it's done, but can't make it stick, Help!!

I have received (promotional) from Microsoft a licensed, full version of MS
Office Professional 2003.  Also included in the promotional CD package was
One Note.
Both CDs are full versions and were accompanied by Product Keys.

In BCM for my contacts I do  View/Arrange By/Current View/ then by Category.
The contacts come out all expanded.  When I do View/Expand/Collapse Groups
and choose Collapse, nothing happens. I have to collapse each group one at a
time.  Since I have a lot of groups this doesn't ...

I have installed Bus Contact Manager on my new Sony VAIO laptop and tried to
use it for the n'th time tonight without success.
The booklet states to start use you need to click on New and select
ACCOUNT...but that doesn't appear as one of the options EVER!!!

When you create a new task for an account, is there anyway to set it so that
when you click the contact button at the bottom of the form it loads the
business contact manager acconts list instead of the default contact list

In outlook, there is an option of auto complete of the mail ID's, so most of
