I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 BCM, and wondered if anyone could help with this elementary question... I like to make paper notes when I call someone. It looks like the way to enter those in BCM is (under "Business Contact History") > Add > Business

My BCM don't work. This is after dragging an Outlook contact to BCM Accounts folder. When I tryed to open the new account Outlook/BCM crash. I recon that I have to reinstall BCM and maybee repair Office. - But what happens with the data I have in BCM now?

Created a simple csv file with one name and phone number. Used File | Import Wizard| BCM and mapped files. Wizard says import successful but no contact infomation appears.

I am having one heck of a time trying to import data from ACT 6.0 into Outlook Business Contact Manager (Office 2003) I understand that it will not work and have tried coverting my AACT 6.0 files to 5.0 which is supposed to work and still am having problems. Any ideas?
