Hi guys! Anyone have any ideas how to avoid duplicate records, when importing
a CSV file into Business Contact Manager Contacts?  There is an option to
replace duplicates in Outlook, but not Business Contact Manager.

From a contact in Business Contact Manager, there should be a way to click
and go directly to the related account.

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 BCM, and wondered if anyone could help with
this elementary question:
1) Do I need to "import" my Outlook contacts?  Down the left side under "My
Contacts", it has several things like "Contacts", "Accounts in BCM", and

When right clicking on an email address in the "from" header when inside an
email, you can add the email address to "contacts". How do I add or change
the option so that I can add it to business contacts instead of "contacts"?
