with outlook 98

I have 6 people at the same company.  I do not want to type all of the
information in 6 times.   I should be able to copy the Contact card without
the attachments, history, contact name, title.   All of the other information

I need to be able to have a field in each business contact record to show the
language used by  a client.  Example: Spanish, French, English.  I have tried
modifying & adding fields but after doing so, there still is no language
field anywhere in the record that I can find. ...

This is a really great tool, but I would like to use this to keep track of
other things (Opportunities) than Sales.  Can I rename, or create additional
stages than the ones that came with the original setup?
Perhaps even build my own form for use within Business Contact Manager?
