When I open BCM, and try to look at a business contact it wont open using the
BCM form-it uses the outlook form.  Whihc menas I can't see history,
contacts, etc.  HELP!!!!

I added photos to my contacts, but when I try to print a directory, the
photos do not print.  
How can I print photos with the text?

How do I create an automatic distribution list from either a company
selection or by setting up contacts using categories in business contact
manager to send email to say 25 contacts in the same company or the same
category? I am used to Act and tagging for a group.

I have contacts organized by category, everytime I open BCM the categories
are expanded.  The expand all command does not work, and this is very
frustrating.  Can I set it to view collapsed when opened?
