When I tried to export my contacts from my old computer to my new one all the
connections between contacts and accounts was lost. Furthermore, all business
opportunities, notes etc was lost.
Is there a way to get a complete transfer of BCM data to another computer.

I want to do a letter mail merge to selected business contacts in BCM with
Word 2003.  The address field(s) do not appear to be available to insert in
the main document - there are only a very limited number of fields available
to drop in.  How can I correct this?

Anybody know when the next release of BCM is expected. The
functionality just doesn't seem to be there in this release. Hoping for
a much better product next go round.
Are there any beta release of the next version?

I have Outlook 2003 and have also installed Chapura Pocket mirror (to sync
with my Treo). Now when i am trying to Onstall Business Contact mnager, it
just does not show up in Outlook (Though I can see it in Add/Remove
programs). 'have tried uninstalling & installing as well.

I just started using Business Contact Manager. One of my major accounts is a
company which I had set up with 4 contacts.
All of a sudden the company disappeared along with all contact.
So question is: If a accidentially delete an account, will that also delete

We use Small Business Server 2003 with Outlook 2003 and Business Contact
Manager.  We need to create a single central Business Contact Manager
database where all users can access and update the customer info.
How can we set this up?

I am changing computers and trying to move to new computer and there is no

In Outlook 2003 w/BCM, It looks like you can IMPORT contact data into
Outlook regular contacts or Outlook BCM contacts, although oddly the
interfaces/wizard looks very different.

I have tried several times to install the business contact manager and the
only files that install on my computer are the View the tours and the Help
file.
When I open Outlook 2003 and go to Contacts, there is nothing there

I hate to get messages with a page full of names of people who recieved the
message. So when I send a group e-mail I would like to remove all the names
of the other persons who also recieved that e-mail.

I recently bought a laptop with BCM installed OEM.  I started using the BCM
and when I "synced" my laptop to my desktop, all my business contacts

I'm new to Office 2003/Business Contacts Manager.  I would like to set up my
contacts and use them to print mailing labels (so I don't have to enter the
information into a separate data base, etc.).  What's the best way to go
about doing this?

I can not open my business contacts in bcm. It will use outlook instead. It
says array index out of bounds.

I would like to be able to password protect my contacts or outlook is that
possible.  I am sync to my pocket pc at work and would like to keep some
addresses seperated or at least hidden.
I could hide some private records w/ palm software, but can not find this
