I want to customize lists in Business Contact Manager. Example: "Source of Lead" & "Territory" list options don't relate at all to our business and we want to add or replace default list items. In Outlook, w/o BCM, this can be easily done w/ form design. Any ideas

I'm entering business cards into the Contacts in XP. There are three address fields available for entry: Business, Home and Other. I would like to add another field, Business 2, for example. How do I do that?

Thanks everyone for such a great forum. I had the BCM menus dissapear - common problem and it turned out it was disabled. The solution was right here. But I wouldn't have had to spend the last two days installing and reinstalling

I can't read a word file in my account or contact history. I know I can't edit it but it opens up with just a form with the file name(not even the path). I think this used to work...according to the documentation it should. I have no problems viewing email, tasks etc.

I need to sync the data from BCM to my pda. BCM has little value for me when compared to ACT! if I cannot make my information mobile. Does anyone know if and when MS has plans to make this facility available? Perhaps being able to sync with Outlook might help....

when i have created a new mail message and want to enter recipient by clicking "To" my Outlook opens the address book with "Show names from the Clients" whereas before it opened "Show names from Contacts". How do i change it back to open "Contacts" by default?

How come every time I draw a map in mappoint for a BCM Contact it has to access the internet to install a COM component? Is there a way to fix this? David

In Outlook2003w/BCM, it looks like the way to get BCM to "automatically" keep a history of all incoming/outgoing emails from/to each specifc contact's name in BCM is just to click... Business Tools > Link email > Auto Linking
