I tried getting this to work on my system with my existing outlook account connected to exchange 2003, it doesn't work at all. But when I deleted my current account settings and setup a pop account it worked fine. Deleted the pop account, back to exchange, again no worky.

Folks, This is an intermittant fault. Opening up Outlook, then Business Tools, Business Contacts the message "Custom form could not be opened. Oulook will use...." appears, click on OK then get "Array out of Bounds".

BCM Group, Ever since I finally got BCM installed I haven't been able to use it. First of all it kept getting all the way to the 95% mark during installation and then the whole system just restarted without warning.

In Outlook2003w/BCM, it looks like the way to get BCM to "automatically" keep a history of all incoming/outgoing emails from/to each specifc contact's name in BCM is just to click... Business Tools > Link email > Auto Linking
