In Outlook 2003 w/BCM, it looks like it does a good job of "automatically" capturing emails coming in and going out, along with their attachments. That is, under my contact name (George, with email george@place.com), it just keeps aggregating any email send out under this email ...

You should have an ability for Outlook users to take their lists of contacts and convert them to Business contacts better than the CSV files.
