Windows XP home, default user changed, I changed the name of the default user
and default user folder (in Docs and settings), the profile logged in, no
files lost. Outlooks works fine, but BCM said couldnt find database and

My installation of BCM never completes. I get 99% done and then the process
begins rolling back with no explanation.
I've scanned the forum but not found an answer to the problem. Any one have

When I download Outlook to my T3, only the names in Contact are transferred.
Is there a screen in Outlook that lets me determine which database I wish to
load into my T3?

I had BCM installed before and had to redo my system on a formatted
hard drive. Now when I try to install the software it gets all the way
to the end and crashes my computer by making it reboot.
I can' uninstall BCM because it never actually finished the install and

When I try to backup the bcm data directly to the cd, i get an error message
"Invalid Drive Type for backup file storage". I am able to directly backup
to the cd, the outlook data but the problem is only when i try to backup the
bcm data. Any headsup on this would be appreciated.

downloaded from MS - apparently I wasn't.

cant find Business Contact Manager functions. From the menu bar is does not
exisit. But the folders are there and the data is there?Again I am new on the
