I import to BCM with "NO Duplicates" selected & each time I try it, it
creates duplicates...
Am I missing something? has someone else encountered this problem?  Any
solutions?

When I open a business contact record, I get the following error message:
The custom form could not be opened.  Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead.  The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.  
Contact your administrator.

I was using Outlook Express 6.0 earlier today and everthing was fine. When I
restarted the application, my "InBox" was empty. The Outbox is fine, I can
still access the e-mails.
I looked on my computer for the .dbx files and found that Outlook Express

Whoops, computer crashed, didn't "Archive" BCM files before.
Good news, I retrieved ALL of my BCM files. Which ones are the data files,

I hope SOMEONE can help! I have Outlook EXpress 6.0 and it's worked FINE.  
Just today - doesn't work. It doesn't connect to my charter server.  Called
Charter provider; went through re-establishing POP connections - everything
fine there. Modem works fine - Wireless Router also ...

Can somebody please tell me why my BMC seems so liminted in functionality?
For instance, I have only two tabs (General and Details), I can't find a

I can get synch with Outlook contacts but not Business Contact Mngr.  Can BCM
be sync with handhelds or do I need to run two (very inconvenient of course)
contact databases?
