I import to BCM with "NO Duplicates" selected & each time I try it, it
creates duplicates...
Am I missing something? has someone else encountered this problem?  Any
solutions?

When I open a business contact record, I get the following error message:
The custom form could not be opened.  Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead.  The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.  
Contact your administrator.

I was using Outlook Express 6.0 earlier today and everthing was fine. When I
restarted the application, my "InBox" was empty. The Outbox is fine, I can
still access the e-mails.
I looked on my computer for the .dbx files and found that Outlook Express

Whoops, computer crashed, didn't "Archive" BCM files before.
Good news, I retrieved ALL of my BCM files. Which ones are the data files,
and how can I get them  into my re-installed BCM?  
There's no .pst file (as in outlook) or any other OBVIOUS files to bring

I didn't get the version with bcm in it.  Can it be added on somehow after
the fact now?

I am spending a lot of time re-typing what already exists in other contact
files.  There must be an easier way!!  

I am trying to get appointments with a recurring schedule to link as
individual items in the history of a business contact.  Everything I've tried
just shows a recurring appoinment as 1 appointment even if it's schedule 20
times.  I want to be able to view the business contact ...

I'm trying to export my personnal address (outlook) to the business contact
in business contact manager.  

I have a template for my business stationary I use in Word. How can I use it
in Outlook when I want to compose a letter? I can't figure out how
to do this or find the folder to pu tit in?
Help!

Is there anyway to make this work with standard exchange 2003? If not is
there any other solution like this that works with outlook 03?

I hope SOMEONE can help! I have Outlook EXpress 6.0 and it's worked FINE.  
Just today - doesn't work. It doesn't connect to my charter server.  Called
Charter provider; went through re-establishing POP connections - everything
fine there. Modem works fine - Wireless Router also ...

Can somebody please tell me why my BMC seems so liminted in functionality?
For instance, I have only two tabs (General and Details), I can't find a
place to create Business Notes, and in the "Business Contact History"
section, it just displays e-mail that is sitting in my In-Box.

None of my contacts in Business Contact Manager are synching with my Pocket
PC. Please don't tell me that BCM was designed this way. If so, this is a
MAJOR design flaw, IMHO. The whole reason I own a Pocket PC is to have all of
my contact info with me wherever I go.  The only way ...

I'm new to Business Contact Manager and I need to modify the sales stage menu
to reflect our sales process. Any ideas?

I can get synch with Outlook contacts but not Business Contact Mngr.  Can BCM
be sync with handhelds or do I need to run two (very inconvenient of course)
contact databases?
