I am trying to unlink a business contact from an Account record. In the Help it tells me to right-click the contact in the Account History that i want to unlink and Delete it from the shortcut menu. First, the contacts are not in the Acount History, but in the Business

The Export File option in Business Contact Manager (to .csv) cannot cope with carriage returns embedded in address fields. As most addresses tend tp have more than one line this causes the fields when imported to excel to split across multiple rows.

I cannot install Business Contact Manager on my ne IBM G41 Thinkpad; it fails about 2/3 done with a message that it can't find a server. The same disk installed OK on my old Dell C810 Latitude. Does anybody know a fix for this?

When I flag a contact as a follow up (maybe to remind me to call the customer back the next day at 1pm) I am not getting the reminder and they do not show up in my followup folder. Regular Outlook contacts show up correctly.
