We have installed MS CRM v1.2. All activities in MS CRM seems to work very
well. When it is accessed from the browser. Our seals people can add new
activites and navigate through old ones.
My question is: Is it possible to do the same from outlook? If YES, how?

Hi.   I am trying to customize the list of views that appears on the
left navigation pane in Outlook 2003 w/ BCM when I am in Contacts.
When I go to View->Arrange By->Current View->Define Views and delete
some of the default views (i.e. [By Category]), they just reappear when

Is there a way for me to customize reports, not necessarily modify reports.
