We have installed MS CRM v1.2. All activities in MS CRM seems to work very
well. When it is accessed from the browser. Our seals people can add new
activites and navigate through old ones.
My question is: Is it possible to do the same from outlook? If YES, how?

What is the best way to sync BCM (with email and history files) with a
laptop?

I am trying to install the contacts which was burned onto a cd.  I keep
getting the access denied to open this file.  

I want to block certain email senders from sending emails to me.
I use windows XP home edition and send & receive my mail using outlook ( not
outlook express)
I can only find information on blocking in outlook express.

How can you share BCM contacts with others and share their summary and notes?

I have my BCM data on my desktop and want to move it to my laptop. Best way
to do this?

Hi.   I am trying to customize the list of views that appears on the
left navigation pane in Outlook 2003 w/ BCM when I am in Contacts.
When I go to View->Arrange By->Current View->Define Views and delete
some of the default views (i.e. [By Category]), they just reappear when

Is there a way for me to customize reports, not necessarily modify reports.
For example I would like to add contant names, contact telephones on the
reports. Similar changes in the task report.

The Account History Report shows no items; there are many.  All item
categories are selected in the Modify Report application, but none print on
the report.

At the moment sending it as a Vcard results in it being recieved only as a
normal contact.  Also is it possible to send the history.
