How do we convert a 2003 pst to an xp pst?

I am hoping to replace ACT with BCM, but I do not know if they are the same
thing. Are they??
From what I understand in BCM, you cannot create custom forms like you do in
ACT. Will BCM ever support this feature or will CRM only do it?

When I send an email using a distribution list, all the members of this list
see the other member's mailadresses, so they know who else got that mail,
which I don't want. I want it send like a BCC.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with SBS 2003. I installed BCM, then the SBS patch
and the SP1 install. I had to all of this before I could get BCM to work.
Outlook continued to tell me that BCM couldn't start send the error report to

I would like to request read and delivery receipts for every email that I
send but when I go into tracking options the option that I need to select is
grayed out - my question is how do I get this so it is not grayed out

Cannot link existing emails to Accounts or Opportunities
Am using a stand-alone version of Outlook 2003 with BCM (part of Office 2003
Small Business Edition) Seem unable to link existing emails to Accounts, or
Opportunities. Have looked at all the help and Tours and followed

The help file states I have to allow access to the Business Contact Manager
in the System users in the Control Panel.
I did add the user to the Business contact manager, but Outlook still tells
me that the database engine can not be found.  

I would like to be able to link an opportunity to more than 1 account at a
time and track the results.  For instance, I want to sell coffee to more than
one of my accounts due to a sales spiff or incentive.  I would like to be
able to create an opportunity including the item or ...

I see lots of references for mailing postcards with publisher.
Is it possible to do this type of mail merge with the contacts or accounts
in BCM?
