handled well until some sort of speed degradation occurs even on good
cpu/ram machines due to whatever the database technology is.

I'm creating an e-mail campaign using distribution lists.  Rather than wading
through hundreds of names in the contact list, I want to add all contacts
within a specific category (or filter all the contact list names by category,
then select a subset).  Any ideas as to how?

I cannot open Business Contact Manager. I get a message that says the folders

In Outlook2003w/BCM, is it possible to set the *default* so that whenever
you click on the blue "Contacts" bar (bottom left), it goes to "Business

I have just installed XP service pack 2 and BCM is acting very strange.
Biggest issues are:
1. the contact history (emails etc), shows my current in-box, not those only
related to that account
