many contact managers have specs assoiated with how many records can be handled well until some sort of speed degradation occurs even on good cpu/ram machines due to whatever the database technology is. MSDE i though can do more and faster than things like dBase, etc. I

I am trying to use Business Contact manager, I have no contacts in their at the moment if I click on New Contact I get an error message saying The form required to view this message cannot be displayed Contact Administrator.

I'm creating an e-mail campaign using distribution lists. Rather than wading through hundreds of names in the contact list, I want to add all contacts within a specific category (or filter all the contact list names by category, then select a subset). Any ideas as to how?

I cannot open Business Contact Manager. I get a message that says the folders are not available and to contact my system administrator. I have a stand alone system.

What the hey, My Business tools tab is MIA. I do not have the option for backing up BCM :( I did the reinstall of the Business Contact Manager CD disk AND still no joy.... any help?

Does anyone know how to 'attach' a received em-mail to a business contact? (I know that when I send an e-mail, it gets attached to the respective business contact but what about the incoming mails?)
