Is it possible to use contacts from public folder in BCM in SBS2003
(patch applied) scenario?
We would like to have company wide contacts and then use them also in
BCM. Is there a way to achieve that?

I tried to uninstall BCM using add/remove programs, however, I received an
error message stating it couldn't find the installation package
'BusinessContactManager-FullFile-ENU.MSP'
I reinstalled the program thinking it might create the installation file,

I was at a trade show last week where MS was hosting a booth and I asked them
about this.  It did take me a while to find someone who knew something about
it.  But he said, that he was unaware of any plans to release further
updates, but he said there was something coming from ...

Does anyone else think this program is a dud?
I bought Office 2003 on assumption BCM could link all me word, excel and
other docs in projects under business contacts. That's what the promotional
garb said.A complete waste of money

I pull my contacts from Outlook 2003 which forces the area code into each
phone number.  My Smart Phone dials the area code for local calls and gets an
error.  This makes the contacts unusable for anything other than referencing
the data.  Anyone have the same issue or solution?

I'm using Outlook2003w/BCM, but it seems to take forever to enter, save,
link things.  Linking an email, entering a business note, entering a meeting
date/time, even just saving a BCM contact... takes up to 10 seconds in some
cases.  It even seems to slow down as the day wears on ...

I add name to the Safe Senders list.  Emails from them are still routed to
Junk mailbox.  I've printed the list and the entries are correct.

When I export BCM to a CSV file outlook lets me do this and creats a file.
Problem is when I import it into another database it doesn't work import
properly.
When you look at the CSV file in Excel it looks like gobely guk. I think

Outlook 2003 and Windows XP was already loaded on my PC when I purchased it.  
How can I get the Business Manager loaded without an Outlook CD?

When I Synchonize my ipaq with my laptop, all of my contacts in MS Outlook
2003 synchronizes except Business Contact Manager customers?  Is there a fix
for this?
