When I select Add from the Opportunity form, Mail Message is not an option.
If I go to my sent items, locate the message, and manually add it to the
Opportunity History, it does not appear in the Opportunity History.

I am using Outlook 2003. I want to add News command to the Go menu. But in
the command list the command is missing. I am following the exact procedure
in the office Help. But since the News command is not in the command list I
can't add it. Please give solution on it.

I have Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I also have Vonage phone, over broadband.
My Outlook will not call over my Vonage line, when I click to automatically
call a contact.  Vonage website says to click on Vonage COM Add-In, but I
have no choices of Add-Ins that can be added.

My Opportunites are all trade shows, and I want to record start date, end
date, venue, attendance figure etc., and be able to select/sort on those
fields.
There appears to be no mechanism for adding custom fields to Opportunities -

Currently, it only allows me to enter up to 99,999 units of merchandise, but
I just got a contract for 100,000.

I installed the small business edition.  I customized the business contact
manager form, as I had done with previous outlook version.  Unfortunately, I
can no longer see user defined views on this form in a view list.  
How can I see them or when will I be able to see them?  ...

I am unable to collapse the contacts groups (grouping) in business manager.

I am not having any luck managing my incoming email so that I can create a

IN OPPORTUNITIES I'd like to add extra stages to 'sales stage' for example:
meeting arranged and more choices for 'source of lead'. Is this possible?
It's also possible to create extra columns in the Opportunities main window
but how do you access them?  

Is there a way to easily syncronize my contacts in Outlook Business Contact
