If I'm going to be out of office for a couple of days, how can I generate an
automated email message so when somene sends me an email it will let them
know I'm out of the office and will return at a certain time???

Can I make BCM autofill co. postal address, www address, phone no. etc when I
add new contact for an existing company? I would have thought it would do
this - or do I have a faulty install?

I use Business Contact History a lot.  All of a sudden today, none of the
business contact history shows on any of my business contacts, but my current
InBox shows up on each one.  What did this?  I did install an update to Adobe
Acrobat Reader.  Nothing else is different.

Though i can see the history of teh reports in the account history when i
open it, i am not able to view the history while generating a report. The
report just has one page and has only the contact information.

I am getting this error message on Outlook Start: What is that all about?
Word could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network

The system stoppoed working.  I tried to open a contact and it said it
couldn't that it would open it using an outlook form instead and to contact
the administrator.  Then another message came up saying 'array index out of
bounds'

I added a field to the Business Contact form. Tried to save it, but the error
of "Business Contact cannot be saved unless it contains a full name" keeps
appearing.

Can I lock contacts so that they cannot be viewed by others? Can this prevent
a person from creating a back up file of my outlook program for their own

I've been using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager for 5 months
without a problem.  Yesterday I was saving some contact info and Outlook
crashed with the following error:
