It said the install was complete but nothing has changed. Everything looks the same. I read it will not enable because my company uses Microsoft Exchange Server. This can't be. Any ideas?????

I have recently installed Office Pro and would like to use Business Contact Manager. Although the sytem has three installs recorded, I cannot see BCM anywhere in Outlook. Service Pack 1 is installed also. Using three disk set, Enterprise Edition, purchased through employer.

Is there a way to secondary sort contacts within Business Contact manager beyond the primary sort by contact category? In other words, can I sort alphabetically within each category?

I'm getting the impression that I need a traditional 28 or 56 modem to enable me to auto dial a contact from Outlook. I just want to know if I can auto dial from a broadband modem. I keep getting an "internal error" msg when I try to start the call.

Within an account, I have several business contacts (more than 10), but I can't figure out the logic BCM uses in representing those names. It is not Alphanumeric, not FIFO or LIFO, so what is it? I would like them to be Alphanumeric, can I make the system conform to that

I need to know how to add an email that was a reply to an email is sent from business contact back into the business contact's history. This wil allow me to keep track of the replies as well as the original email. It is easy for me to do it in ACT.
