My question may be a little naive so excuse me;
I have 2 consultants with BCM on laptops working remotely. We want to be
able to share the data between them.
For example;
Connecting document images with list of TASKS in Outlook20 May 2005 16:38 GMT1
I want to scan documents and access the scans from the "Tasks" list of that I
have created in Outlook. I want to be able to access the scans that are
germane to the particular task from the task list.

I created a custom form, as per Pat's blog.  I cleared the form cache several

I have no accounts with more then 2 categories assigned to it. I can not add
a new category and assign it to an account or contact.
When I do I receive the following Pop-Up message:
"Only 50 categories can be supported at a time. To add new categories you

I want to change the Business Contacts area on the Account form.  To me the
FAX number is useless.  I would prefer to see the contact's TITLE.  How do I
remove the FAX field and add the TITLE field?

When I click, <Tools>, <Forms>, <Design a Form>, and Look in <Personal Forms
Library>, <Account>, then make my changes, I get an error when I try to save
my changes that reads, 'The Account cannot be saved unless it contains an

I tried using Plaxo, but it only backed up contacts.  Dont know where I can
Business Contact Manager backed up to except Microsoft Exchange and it is too
expensive for me at this point.

Unable to display information. There is either a problem conecting to the

Does anyone know how to do this? When I ran the security analyzer MBSA 1.2.1
it mentioned that I needed to apply SP4, but when I looked through the
readme.txt for applying SP4 to MSDE it doesn't mention the BCM case.
The readme implies there are many wrong turns.

Trying to replace Outlook Express w/ Outlook 2003.  Got everything xferred
EXCEPT the News reader.  I went through the HELP topic, it directed me to
pull down the Toolbar, Customize, open Commands tab then Category - Go, then
drag/drop News - except there is no News to select.

I do a lot of direct mail. I am looking for a way to track and report what
accounts have been sent what marketing material in the past and who has
responded to what material. Is anyone accomplishing this in BCM?
