I have two desktops and wireless laptop I use in a home/work lan environment. All machines have a copy of the software, but I want to use one contact listing and calendar for all three machines. I am using XP on the desktops and XP pro on the laptop.

Can you have two folders for Business Contacts in BCM? I want to separate two different types of contacts (i.e. end user versus Reseller), just so it is easier to view, manage, etc. Or is there a better way to do this?

I cannot assign a category to a new contact in business contact manager. The error message is: only 50 categories can be supported at a time ... But I was only trying to select one category.
