I just upgraded to Office 2003 and would like to import numerous contacts from ACT! 6.0. The Business Contacts wizard will only import contacts from 5.0 and earlier. Does anyone know how to do this? Much thanks.

After recently installing Office 2003 Professional with OBCM I find that I can no longer ADD a contatct to my normal Contacts list. Other users have said they too have the problem and all have suggested that uninstalling OBCM may resolve the issue.

When you create a Task from within an Opportunity the two are related. The Task is placed in the regular Task folder. In that view, is there a way to see to which Opportunity (or Contact or Account) a Task relates?

I like BCM quite a lot but have an issue with the account history. It's not always clear who sent an email. An email replied to shows the persons addressed as parent; I can't see that I actually wrote it. I've been more or less randomly adding fields but all From or Author fields

I have just installed the SP1 upgrade to BCM- and it's gone from Outlook. No menus, no Data, no Nothing.... I tried to re-install the SP1 and it says it's already installed.... Any Ideas?

I am trying to easily send e-mails to groups of contacts at once. As Business Contact Manager does not seem to suport distribution lists, how is this accomplished? I also cannot send an e-mail to a category using the actions menu.
