We (15 clients) have Exchange 2000 and have Outlook 2003. We would like to
use the functionality of Business Contact Manager 2003.
Does anybody know if this is possible? if not, is there anything that could
be used in substitute?

Is there a way to link the email message with file attachment into the
Business Contact, and other user can view the file attachment in the Business
History ?
Currently only the owner who link the email can see the file attachment.

I have established links between BCM and an Access database.  I want to
capture the Product details in the Opportunity.  However, the Opportunities
table does not contain this information.  How can I obtain the product
details associated with the Opportunity?

When I try to print a report wing Business Contact Manager  I get the error
message: - Cannot Print Report Try later

I saw another forum post elsewhere pooh-poohing bcm because of a 10k record
limit. Is this true? I there in fact any arbitrary maximum number or is it
limited by the machine you're on?

MS Exchange 2003, where all workstations using the product will utilize one

I have just installed the product but it won't let me print a report, I get a
message that says the report cannot be printed at this time, please try agian
later.
I only have two enries on the database, do you think this makes a difference?

I see it's easy to create a Contact from an email just by drag-n-drop the
email onto the contacts folder.  But that creates a contact in the normal
'Contacts' folder.  How do I create one directly into the Business Contacts?

Im still poking around BCM v2 to see if I like it.
When I create an actrivity from a business contact, it links it. When I go
to the calendar entry in the calendar and open it- there's no outward sign
on the appointment that its linked to anything- only when you click "link
