Just connected my computer to SBS 2003; During the automated process of moving my workstation/Outlook profile over to my new server account a new Business Contact Manager database was created and I don't seem to be able to get back to the original.

I have been using list builder, but recently discovered that many of the bounces I have been experiencing are a result of list builder being blacklisted on a large number of web servers. Also, I have not been getting customer replies for the same reason.

I am trying to open the report generator but keep getting the error message "the report could not be generated. Please try again". Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I'm new to BCM. What is the easiest way to see a list of daily phone calls that need to be made? I'v figured out how to track the results after the fact, it's just the "before the fact" that I don't see. Thanks in advance. SteveR

I just installed BCM and applied the update. None of the reports work. I get an error message that just says The report could not be generated. Please try again. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know!!

When I try to onpen a contact in Business Contact Manager it tells me "The custom form could not be oped. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. The form requierd to view this message can not be displayed" What would have caused this and how can I fix it.

Is there a way to copy or backup the categories to move them to another PC? I've looked at the BCM FAQ, but cannot find anything that helps me out. Any guidance would be helpful.

We use BCM with 4 users. 3 laptop remote users and one office based user. All users synch via the export /import routine (using CDs). This is not ideal for the obvious reasons. We have a machine dedicated in the office and I want to be able to use this

I have installed the business contact manager for outlook 2003 and according to my computer, it has installed (after looking at the currently installed programs in the control panel). However, after I go to open outlook, there is no business tools menu item. Please help!
