Why, in Outlooks's email address fields of  TO, CC, Bcc does the business fax

When BCM v2 arrived here a couple of months ago I installed it on a fresh

When I transfered all my contacts from ACT, the Outlook added a 1+ to all
area codes.  How do I eliminate the 1+ for local area codes that do not

My goal is to generate ONE history report for multiple accounts for a given
time period.  Currently, i can only generate a report based on 1 account.  I
