What are the requirements to Convert an Opportunity to a Quote?
For some reason, I cannot convert some opportunities to quotes.  Most I
can.  But some I cannot, and the reason is eluding me.
I thought that maybe the close data had passed, and thus a quote cannot

Is there a way to open the Account/Contact in the Opportunity form?
While viewing an Opportunity, I'd like to just click on the
Account/Contact to open them so I know how to contact them with an
email address or phone number.

PC is running BCM with SP1
Pocket PC (HP4705) is running Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition Ver: 4.21.1088
Active Sync version 3.8.0

As I'm sure you figured out, BCM won't sync with Smartphones yet, it will
synch with normal Windows CE devices via the download, but not Smartphones.  
I'm trying to get my Business Contacts to download onto the smartphone when I
synch via Active Synch.

My outlook for microsoft office does not allowed me to add a new business
contact it replies the form required to view this message cannot be
displayed.. Contact your administrator.  Please help.
