I am trying to manage 500 contacts.
Clearly 220 are active.
I need to make calls at specific times.
I need to send emails at specific times.

When I imported my contacts into my business contacts, there was no field for
home numbers to be displayed. Is this not possible with Business Contacts?

I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 - the business contacts are showing all my
emails instead of just the history that should be there for that contact.
Have clear the cache any other ideas. Thanks

and what are the things to be careful, as we know it is not a good thing to
install Outlook on SBS.

I've just bought a new laptop with Office Pro Edition 03 with Outlook 03 two
weeks ago.  When I installed Outlook I typed in some business contacts and
linked them to the relevant accounts I had made up.  This worked fine for
about a week and then one day I turned on my laptop ...

In the contact listI am unable to see the email address, phone number and
some other items that have been entered in the contact general page, although
it is shown in the email address book.  Why can't I see the email addresses
in the contact general page when it appears in the ...

Any ideas on whether we can mark Accounts as "private" ie. for only selected
users to be able to view or edit them?
For example, we have multiple users of BCM and certain account detail and

I have a specific problem with bcm 2.  The database is hosted on a colleagues
PC.  This database is shared and I access it from my laptop.  Everything
works except reports.

I have a new computer and I want to move my old business contact manager from
the old pc to the new one.  I have used the export/import feature - when i
open up a client all of the contact information is there address phone #'s
etc... but the associated people to that client are ...

i have a large excel database of names, addresses, ph #s, etc.  i  know i
must change/name "ranges" to accomplish this, but dont know how.

I setup the relationship between Business Accounts in Contact Manager and
Small Business Accounting Customers.
It initially built a number of Business accounts but that has since become
