There are other third paty options but ListBuilder seems viable.

BCM reports not working after update
I have followed Badmash's instructions twice with no success.
I also have the Business contacts for PC loaded which is working fine.

In opening outlook 2003 with business contact manager, I receive the
following message:
"Your .oft file for message class lPM.Contact.BCM.Account has a wrong
version. Requested version 2.00.3516.00, .oft form version 1.00.1616.00."

When I try and create a NEW ACCOUNT the error message
" The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."
That's a problem when I am the administrator!!!
