After installing BCM, every time I add Data connection to BCM I get this
error:
Business contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Based on recent posts about updates wiping out entire BCM folders - what is
the best system of BCM folder backups?

I have a problem with bcm.
When I click on a contact I have this message: "Business Contact Manager was
unable to initialize this form".
I don't know why bcm do that and I really don't know what to do.

Everytime I start Outlook 2003 with BCM, I have the following error message :
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook database cannot be loaded. This action
cannot be completed because Business Contact Manager cannot access the
database. SQL Server does not exist or access denied. ...

When I create a task from a business contact screen in Business Contact
Manager, the "contact" is not automatically filled into the contact link at
the bottom of the page. It has always done that from an outlook contact, why
not from a BCM contact?

I don't see a way to select only contacts under a certain category when
setting up a distribution list.
