I brought my Business Contacts over from Outlook Contacts.  Each of these
contacts has a "Department" entry.  I want to move all entries with the same
Department into an Account.  So I displayed them in Phone List style, grouped
them by department, highlighted each one, ...

I have a client who uses Business Contact Manager.  He finds that
certain attachments do not link to the emails in the BCM history.  I
haven't been able to identify a pattern other than .RTF (rich text) do

Instead of mailing, this year I am sending our Pre-Registration Package by
email to all of our Business Contacts, which we have many.  The first set
went out to about 50, and all 50 names and email addresses were listed on the

I am importing from a csv file and have mapped all the fields. All seem to be
importing correctly (no errors), but the street address is not showing in the
contact, only town,state, and zip. I have tried the import into Contacts and
Accounts, same result.

Within our orgnaisation we have two domain controllers within two servers.
We have BCM running on one machine (SBS2003) which is one domain controller
