Opened BCM and I can see all my contacts in Accounts and Contacts but when I try to open one all the data is absent and the screen says, "Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form." I think this is an easy one to fix but I will await some wisdom from anyone.

When sending e-mails I may not know the name of the individual but know the name of the comany. Can I add a column in the list when I go to TO that has the company and then will allow me to sort by the company name?

I have installated Business Contact Manager for MS Outlook 2003. Before I had just Office 2003 Professional (with Outlook 2003). After the installation (and after the re-installation) I see no difference in the Outlook menus, i.e. there is NO Business Tools menu and I cannot do

When I start Microsoft office outlook, I get a message, The operation failed. When I go to Business contact Manager, it says that it is already enabled, to use this feature, you must restart outlook. How do I restart outlook in order to use Business Contact Manager?

I have just installed SP2 for 2003. Each time i try and load outlook I get the above error message with the option to send an error to MS. The system then goes into a loop of trying to load, crashing, loading in safe mode and then creating an error report.

I added the business contact add on to Outlook and divided my contacts up so that I have all my customers in "Business Contacts". The only problem is that when I sink with my PDA it only grabs my main contact list and not my Business Contacts aswell.
