I was wondering if anyone knew if Outlook Business Contact Manager has
Outlook OWA Support.  Is there a file I need to download?

Opened BCM and I can see all my contacts in Accounts and Contacts but when I
try to open one all the data is absent and the screen says, "Business
Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form."
I think this is an easy one to fix but I will await some wisdom from anyone.

When I start Microsoft office outlook, I get a message, The operation failed.

I have just installed SP2 for 2003. Each time i try and load outlook I get
the above error message with the option to send an error to MS. The system

Can I configure the Address Cards to  have the Company name in addition to

I added the business contact add on to Outlook and divided my contacts up so
that I have all my customers in "Business Contacts". The only problem is that
when I sink with my PDA it only grabs my main contact list and not my
Business Contacts aswell.
