I have Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. When trying to print a
report, any report I get an error:
"The report could not be generated, please try again"
I checked the support site and this was listed as one of the errors fixed by

I have BCM, to import you use the file menu, then import and export, the BCM
icon, but I don't have the BCM icon !! I can only load into Outlook contacts,
where has the icon gone.  I have removed and reinstalled BCM and tried repair
etc.

Everytime I open a contact I get this message - HRESULT:  0Xa3020009 .  I
have to click OK before the contact will open.

I am interested in learning if the actual forms in Business Contact Manager
can be edited to change the titles of the fields as well as changing the
