How do you setup BCM to show up in Outlook Web Access?  I am sharing the BCM
database on two Xp Pro computers.  We are running SBS 2003.  When we access
Outlook using Outlook Web Access, there are no BCM folders displayed.

Is there an easy way to differentiate contact/account types?  I'd like to
put both vendors and customers in BCM but do not see an easy way to keep
them separate.

I wish I could rt click on an email address and add that person to my
business contacts, then BCM would ask if I wanted to create an
account/opportunity for that contact, then ask me if I wanted to create any

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to how much text can be entered into
the "Notes" fields that are located behind the Details tab of each Account,
Business Contact, Opportunity Record item?  Additionally, I would ask this

I installed BCM on a small business server and I can get at it but when I
try to share the database I get an error.  The Error is "There are no More
endpoints available from the endpoint mapper."  Has anyone seen this before?

I'm currently using BCM V2 and it is not linking all of my emails. It worked
fine in
V1. Currently Autolinking is turned on, and all contacts have the appropriate
check mark, as well as all of the folders. I've also run the "search an

I switched from a desktop to a laptop.  Now outlook has a different
appearance and the import/export wizard does not list ACT as a type of file,
even though it refers to ACT in the wizard.  I can still sync my pocket pc
with outlook, but since I use ACT as my contact ...

I run Outlook 2003 as part of Office 2003 Professional with a hosted Exchange
service from 1and1.com.
Recently, I tried installing the accompanying Business Contact Manager.
However, it refuse to integrate with the exchange profile.

I cannot install BCM.  When I run Outlook after the install it say the last
action is unable to complete.  The help datebase suggests that I need to add
BCM rights to my user, but no such profile is listed in the computer
management users/group list
