Using a shared database, how does one take his laptop and be able to access
the information offsite?

in the Business Contact Manager, I can't seem to get the "due by" date  to
appear in the list so that I can sort by it . . what am I doing wrong?

I am trying to use Business Contact Manger for simple follow up and getting

I am having difficuilty linking existing sent or received email messages to
an Account in business contact manager so that they will display in the
account history.  I believe I am using the correct method, eg click the link
to history arrow, select accounts, then click the name ...

I am a real estate agent and have a letter list to send to past clients every
month for 7 years.  Can I schedule outlook to send "letter 7" to one client
one day, and send "letter 45" to another client on the same day.  And repeat
that each month with progressive letter numbers.

I am trying to create an "appointment confirmation" email that will
automatically paste fields from the person's contact info
(name,addr,phone,appointment time) into this email template.  
I send these emails 1 at a time, so mail merge doesn't seem like the right

I often generate new tasks for my business contacts from the contact itself
(NEW, TASK). Does anyone know of a setting that would enable the contact name
/ link to automatically be populated in the contacts cell at the bottom of
the task?

I tried to install BCM on a stand alone PC.  I already am using Office 2003
and have the BCM from the Action pack files.  I was installing the first BCM
CD when I got the error – so I didn’t get to the update CD at all.  
The error message was:

I have imported about 800 Accounts and 1000 associated Contacts into BCM from
Excel. Is there any way tp associate those 1000 COntacts with their
respective Accoutns, short of opening each Contact and manually doing it? The
Account Name is exatly the same as the Company name in ...

Does BCM work ONLY with Outlook 2003? (Will it work with earlier versions?)

I have a computer with Microsoft Office Professional installed, plus
Microsoft Small Business Accounting.  When I try to install ACT 2006, it
generates a login failure error 1069 message.
ACT ( Sage ) says this is a defect in the Microsoft SQL Server technology

Does anyone have any tips about how to get BCM accoutns and contacts into
Microsfot Access.
I have done the link tables import in Access but it only seems to give me a
few of the original BCM fields and not all of them?
