I want to customize the report in business contact manager.  However, all
the fields are in grey and cannot let you to modify it in modify page.  Do
you have this experience and how to resolve it?

i want to hide the TO field from my emails so when some body recieve my email
he will not see to whome i've send
i use the bcc for that but i still have to fill one email address in the TO

Many of my accounts are linked to several categories simultaneously.
I want to be able to sort them effectively. For example one account might be
linked to the following catgegories:
Region

Option 1
Make a button in my main contact folder entry window so that when I enter
contacts via ctrl-shift-c I can then push certain contacts over to BCM. Then
all my contacts will be stored in my main contact folder and be synchronized

Please can someone describe step-by-step how to do this?  
In my small business I use about 30 existing contact folders containing
about 1200 contacts and am nervous about getting the transfer wrong!

I have accounts that are set up to automatically link emails and other data
that are in reference to the contact/account.  now if i delete the email it
stays in the deleted folder and is stil linked to the contact/account.  what
if i purge the deleted items folder will the emails ...

Need some help, please.  Bought a new PC with Office 2003 with BCM.  
Transferred all data successfully and then loaded BCM.  Now when I try to
