Error - Business Contact Manager
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object", I can not open any
contacts within outlook, the program gives this error and wants me to shut

After installing MS Accounting, now, the Business Contact Manager for Outlook
2003 folder is gone. Looking at the BCM data file, the date is being updated.
I've been through the troubleshooter with  no luck.

After I install MS Business Contact Manager and start Outlook 2003, I get the
message: Object Reference not set to an instance of object."  There is
another sentence of where to find help for this error but there is nothing
there.  After clicking "OK" BCM says it has encountered ...

I've installed BCM - works fine from my administrator account, but I can't
create a BCM database for any user accounts that don't have administrator
rights.
I've read the other posts, but nothing seems to work.

We use View Mail for Microsoft Messenging in the office and I noticed after
installing  BCM on a few test PCs that their View Mail no longer works. Would
anyone have any idea as to why this is happening or how to fix it? View Mail
is a crucial application and if there is no fix ...

How or can I setup Business Contact Manager to run on Exchange server 2003
and be able to share it with other users that are running BCM using outlook
2003. I read the product guide and it said Outlook does not use the sharing
functionality in Exchange 2003 and I wasn't sure if ...

I am evaluating BCM to assist our business unit and see BCM having great
potential. We would like to use BCM to track our project business related
email and phonecalls but not for sales purposes. (so not strictly the
intended use).

Is there a way to do this?  I'm using Outlook w/BCM,  when you click
"Business Contacts in Business Contact Manager", it displays in the right
2/3 of monitor all the contacts in somewhat of a business card format...
name/phone/email/etc.  But, I'd like BCM to include city/state ...

Does anyone know how to import business contact manager data into CRM3?
In both the CRM and BCM sales materials it states that you can import all
customer records (including history) from BCM to CRM3 easily.  However, i
can't find any documentation on this anywhere.

I can see BCM in add/remove programs but when I open MS Outlook from my
desktop "Help" and "Tools" don't show BCM.  How do I access it?
