The small brown squarish Outlook logo in bottom-right on task bar sometimes

I am evaluating BCM to assist our business unit and see BCM having great

I can see BCM in add/remove programs but when I open MS Outlook from my
desktop "Help" and "Tools" don't show BCM.  How do I access it?

Reinstalled windows XP & office 2003 SBE. Saved outlook PST info but cannot
find business contacts manager information. Where is the folder with this
information located?
