After installing MS Accounting, now, the Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 folder is gone. Looking at the BCM data file, the date is being updated. I've been through the troubleshooter with no luck.

I've installed BCM - works fine from my administrator account, but I can't create a BCM database for any user accounts that don't have administrator rights. I've read the other posts, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know how to import business contact manager data into CRM3? In both the CRM and BCM sales materials it states that you can import all customer records (including history) from BCM to CRM3 easily. However, i can't find any documentation on this anywhere.

I can see BCM in add/remove programs but when I open MS Outlook from my desktop "Help" and "Tools" don't show BCM. How do I access it? Thanks for any help. brad
